The App provides tarot reading functionality and may use artificial intelligence features to enhance readings.

We are committed to complying with Google Play Developer Policies and applicable privacy laws.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

A. Account Information

The App requires user login. We collect:

  • Email address

  • Authentication credentials (handled securely through Firebase Authentication)

We do not collect sensitive personal identifiers beyond what is required for authentication.

B. Tarot Reading Data

The App stores:

  • Card selections

  • Spread configurations

  • AI-generated interpretations

  • Saved reading history

This stored data is associated with your account but does not require or collect additional personal details such as name, address, or phone number.

Tarot readings are content-based and are not used to create behavioral or psychological profiles for advertising purposes.

C. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we may collect:

  • Device information (device type, OS version)

  • App interaction data

  • Crash logs

  • Performance diagnostics

  • Advertising ID (if ads are enabled)

This information is collected through Firebase and related Google services.

D. Advertising Data

The App displays advertisements. Third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) may collect:

  • Advertising ID

  • Device identifiers

  • Interaction data

This data may be used to deliver personalized or contextual ads in accordance with Google policies.

Users may reset or limit ad personalization in device settings.

E. AI Processing

The App uses artificial intelligence features that may operate:

  1. Locally on the device, and/or

  2. Through secure cloud-based processing services

When cloud-based AI processing is used, selected reading content (card data and spread configuration) may be transmitted securely to generate interpretations.

We do not transmit sensitive personal information for AI processing.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Authenticate users

  • Store and retrieve tarot readings

  • Generate AI interpretations

  • Improve app performance and reliability

  • Provide customer support

  • Deliver advertisements

We do not sell personal information.

4. Data Sharing

We may share information with:

  • Firebase (authentication, storage, analytics)

  • Google Play Services

  • Advertising providers (e.g., AdMob)

  • Cloud AI processing services

These providers process data on our behalf and are required to protect it.

5. Data Retention

We retain:

  • Account information while your account is active

  • Saved readings until you delete them or delete your account

You may request deletion of your account and associated reading data at any time.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards including:

  • Secure HTTPS transmission

  • Encrypted authentication via Firebase

  • Restricted database access controls

No method of electronic storage is completely secure.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access your stored data

  • Request correction

  • Request deletion

  • Withdraw consent (where applicable)
